About us

We're a couple from Delhi NCR who work in tech during the week and spend most of our leave chasing mountain roads, old cities and places that don't show up on the first page of search results.

Why "The Lost Souls"

The best places we've found were the ones we found after taking a wrong turn. A homestay nobody had reviewed. A village an hour past where the map said the road ended. A lake at the exact minute the light went gold. Getting a little lost is the point.

How we travel

• Mostly by road. Himachal, Rajasthan, and wherever the next long weekend lets us reach.
• On real leave and real budgets. Every trip lists what it actually cost, so you can plan yours.
• Slowly, and carefully. We respect altitude, local rules and the people whose home we're visiting.

What you'll see here

Places, not selfies. Our photos keep the focus on where we went — the roads, the light, the food, the quiet. When people appear, it's with their permission, and strangers' faces are blurred.

How we make it

Every photo and video is our own. We edit colour and light, straighten horizons and sometimes remove a stray wire or wrapper — we never add places, people or skies that weren't there. If that ever changes for a post, it will say so clearly. Collaborations and free stays are always labelled. Read our disclosures.
